Proprioception is a posh word for perception of our body parts in space. We often neglect our body awareness / perception as we go through life and rarely appreciate the feeling of good graceful movement.
Using a number of exercises and positions we explore body awareness and position.
Taking these new skills we use them for different everyday postures so that you have a “body scan” checklist to ensure you are moving, standing, sitting and lying efficiently, effectively and hopefully elegantly.
