The River Retreat uses the theme of the river for a mindful movement experience, just for you. Review life via the observation and reading of the rivers water  journey,  in an embodied movement and thoughtful way, sometimes tumbling, flowing meandering, smoothing or thrown up like spray way ,thenturning into a gentle still pools. 

Spend time exploring these themes as you learn to use movement, breath, words and thoughts to navigate and steer down your river.

Guided by Cameron who has uses this theme to restore nervous system calmness in his teaching.
